NXP Women in Tech (WIT) Program 2026: NXP Semiconductors has opened registrations for Batch 5 Women in Tech (WIT) Program for women engineering students across India. The year long program is designed to provide specialized training in semiconductor design, embedded systems, digital and analog design, verification, VLSI, programming, and related technologies. The program is aimed at women engineering students currently studying in the 3rd semester of B.E./B.Tech or Dual Degree programs. Selected students will receive technical training from industry experts, mentorship opportunities, a ₹50,000 scholarship, and a certificate upon successful completion. NXP has also highlighted Women in Tech as part of its broader efforts to develop future semiconductor talent and provide students with real-world technical exposure.

About NXP Women in Tech (WIT) Program:
NXP Women in Tech program designed to help women engineering students develop industry relevant skills in the semiconductor domain. The program goes beyond classroom learning by combining technical classes, mentorship, practical exposure, projects, and career opportunities. Previous WIT activities have included experiential learning sessions, technical presentations, lab exposure, and interaction with NXP leaders and engineers. For Batch 5, 75 women engineering students will be selected for the specialized year-long training program.

- For Dual Degree: 2025–2030 batch
