About the Role:
OTM Techno-Functional Consultant role designed for enthusiastic engineering and management graduates who want to build career in Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), supply chain consulting, cloud technologies, and enterprise solutions. As trainee consultant, candidates will get the opportunity to understand business processes, work with enterprise applications, support implementation activities, and collaborate with global customers and project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) functionality, business processes, and best practices.
- Assist with requirement gathering and understanding customer business requirements.
- Support solution design and OTM configuration activities.
- Participate in application testing and deployment activities.
- Assist with production issues, incident resolution, and enhancement requests.
- Prepare functional specifications and technical documentation.
- Create user guides and other project documentation.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Participate in system integration and data validation activities.
