Detailed Eligibility:
- B.E/B.Tech in relevant field
Required Technical & Professional Skills:
- 0–3 years of experience in Customer Service or Technical Support
- Knowledge of Cisco Nexus and IOS technologies
- Familiarity with F5 ASM and LTM configuration and troubleshooting
Preferred Skills:
- Cisco certification
- Experience with network automation or scripting
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class technical support for internal and external customers
- Troubleshoot and repair hardware/software/network issues
- Respond to escalated issues and report bugs, design flaws, or maintenance issues
- Handle complex product support and customer installations/training
- Perform problem determination and resolution using technical expertise
- Execute IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) tasks
- Perform data backup and restore activities for specific accounts
- Ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines
- Coordinate with local, regional, and cross-functional teams as needed
