Job Responsibilities:
- Graduate Apprentice Trainee, you will: Coordinate with logistics partners, freight forwarders, transporters, CHAs, overseas offices, and customers
- Manage Sea, Air, and Surface freight movements
- Work closely with internal and external customers for daily operational requirements
- Monitor end-to-end transportation, customs clearance, freight movement, and deliveries
- Coordinate delivery schedules and pre arrival notifications
- Use Transport Management Systems (TMS) such: ATLAS, XTR, A4D
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments from ports to customer warehouses
- Maintain and track logistics KPIs and operational reports
- Prepare and verify customs, insurance, and shipping documentation
- Manage urgent and high-value freight transportation requirements
- Handle specialized cargo transportation, including DG and ODC shipments
- Monitor transportation risks and implement preventive measures
- Support import and export operations with overseas Volvo plants, suppliers, and customers
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, VPS activities, and 5S programs
