Eligibility Criteria
- Must have completed 10th and 12th standards
- Graduation year: 2024 or 2025
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
- Full-time BCA or B.Sc. students (Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, Physics)
- Open school/distance education is allowed only for 10th and 12th
- One backlog allowed till the assessment stage (to be cleared by 6th semester)
- Maximum 3-year education gap between 10th and graduation commencement
- Graduation must be completed within 3 years without gaps
- Must have Core Mathematics graduation (Business/Applied Math not considered)
- Must be Indian citizen or hold a PIO/OCI card (for foreign passport holders)
- Bhutan or Nepal citizens must submit citizenship certificate
- Candidates who attended Wipro selection in the last 3 months are not eligible
Application Process
- Step 1: Register online for Wipro WILP 2025.
- Step 2: Take an 80-minute online assessment (verbal, analytical, quantitative, written communication).
- Step 3: Attend the business discussion round if shortlisted.
- Step 4: Receive a Letter Intent after clearing discussions.
- Step 5: Complete pre-skilling training for the role.
- Step 6: Get your Offer Letter and prepare to join Wipro.
Joining Details
- Designation: Scholar Trainee
- Training Agreement: 60 months (₹75,000 bond amount on pro-rata if exited early)
Stipend:
- Stipend 1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) + ₹75,000 joining bonus
- 2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹533 (ESI)
- 3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI)
- 4th Year: ₹23,000
