Eligibility Criteria for WILP 2025:
- Full-time BCA or B.Sc. (Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, or Physics)
- No part-time, correspondence, or distance learning degrees accepted (only allowed for 10th and 12th standards)
- Year of Graduation:2024 or 2025 batch only can apply
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
- Must have completed 10th and 12th standards is required
- Backlogs: Maximum 1 backlog allowed till the assessment stage (must be cleared with the 6th semester)
- Education Gap: Maximum of 3 years gap allowed between 10th standard and the start of graduation
- No gaps allowed during graduation (must complete within 3 years)
- Mode of Study for 10th and 12th: Open school or distance education allowed only for 10th and 12th
Wipro WILP Step-by-Step Hiring Process:
- Step 1: Registration, Fill out the online form to register for WILP 2025.
- Step 2: Online Assessment, Take an 80-minute test assessing your verbal, analytical, quantitative, and written communication skills.
- Step 3: Business Discussion, If you clear the test? You will be invited for a discussion with Wipro business leaders.
- Step 4: Letter of Intent, Ace your discussion? You will receive Letter of Intent to confirm your spot.
- Step 5: Pre-Skilling Training, Get trained and ready for your role with focused pre-joining sessions.
- Step 6: Offer Letter, Once all rounds are done, you’ll receive your Offer Letter from Wipro. Accept it and you are officially on board.
