Detailed Eligibility:
Qualification:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Automobile/Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering with 50% and above
- Pass in 10th and 12th standard
- Core Mathematics in Diploma is mandatory (Business Maths/Applied Maths not accepted)
- Eligible Batches: 2024 and 2025 Pass-outs
Other Criteria:
- Maximum 3 years education gap allowed (between 10th and Diploma start)
- Only full-time Diploma courses eligible
- One backlog allowed at assessment time (must be cleared in 6th semester)
- Indian Citizen/PIO/OCI required. Bhutan & Nepal nationals must submit citizenship proof
- Candidates must be 18 years or above at the time of onboarding
- Not eligible if participated in Wipro selection process in last 3 months
Selection Process:
- Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)
- Verbal Ability – 20 Questions (20 min)
- Analytical Ability – 20 Questions (20 min)
- Quantitative Ability – 20 Questions (20 min)
- Written Communication Test – (20 min)
- Round 2: Voice Assessment
- Round 3: Business Discussion
- Round 4: Pre-Skilling Training
Salary Break-Up:
- First year stipend: ₹12,400/month
- Second year stipend: ₹15,488/month
- Third year stipend: ₹17,553/month
- Fourth year stipend: ₹19,618/month
Service Agreement:
- 48 Months
- If candidate leaves before 48 months, joining bonus repayment will apply on pro-rata basis.
