International Voice Process – Customer Support
- Any Degree or 12th pass
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide voice-based support to international customers.
- Handle and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Work in 24/7 rotational shifts including night shifts.
- Meet process performance targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
- Fast learner and adaptable in a dynamic environment
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong PC and keyboard navigation skills
