Detailed Eligibility and Qualifications Required:
- A minimum of six months experience and a bachelor degree in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience range: 0 – 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Willingness to work the 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST shift.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with global teams.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support.
- Open to candidates from all backgrounds.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on front-end applications using tools, log capture, shadowing users, and workflow testing.
- Perform backend operations such as querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers.
- Communicate effectively with both clients and internal teams (written and verbal).
- Document activities, notes, resolutions knowledge articles throughout the lifecycle of issues.
- Prioritize issues based on severity and impact to balance client needs and business demands.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure issues are routed and resolved by the appropriate stakeholders.
