Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent can apply for drive.
- Strong Python programming fundamentals
- Understanding of software testing concepts & CI/CD basics
- Exposure to AI tools / LLM workflows / prompt engineering
- At least one project or internship involving AI/LLM systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Build multi-agent pipelines for:
- Automated test generation
- Log analysis
- Failure detection & bug tracking
- Work on evaluation systems:
- Write test cases
- Analyze failure patterns
- Improve testing frameworks
- Add logging, monitoring, and instrumentation to improve system reliability
- Collaborate with senior engineers to:
- Understand real-world system challenges
- Build scalable and reliable solutions
- Learn how to balance LLM capabilities and limitations
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python (clean, structured coding)
- Understanding of:
- AI/ML workflows
- LLM tools (like Codex, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
