Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation in BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science) / BCA / MCA
Technical:
- Strong OOPS fundamentals with formal education in computer skills
- Courses/Training on latest technology tools (BI, Reporting, Microsoft .NET etc.) preferred
- Internship experience in software development is an advantage
Personality:
- Excellent written & spoken English communication
- Passion to develop technology solutions (demonstrated through academic projects)
- Analytical mindset, willing to learn new technologies
- Flexibility to work in UK shift (12 PM – 9 PM)
- Ability to work independently or in teams with attention to detail
Job Description
- Fresh graduates (Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with CS background) are eligible.
- Responsibilities include analyzing, maintaining product data, designing, developing, or testing software to meet business needs.
- The role supports global divisions of Herman Miller from the Bangalore office.
Hiring Process

- At least 2 rounds of personal interview
- 2–4 months of training/induction before allocation to live projects
