Job Responsibilities:
- As Technical Support Apprentice, you will: Provide Level-1 technical support for hardware, software, and IT services.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Windows, macOS, Office 365, Outlook, Networking, VMware, and collaboration tools.
- Handle password resets, entitlement verification, and incident logging through ticketing systems.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to higher support teams.
- Monitor service outages and communicate status updates.
- Maintain software license and hardware inventory records.
- Meet defined SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs while delivering excellent customer support.
- Participate in immersive learning programs, mentorship sessions, and real-world client projects.
