Johnson Controls is looking for a Graduate Engineer Trainee – Business Analyst who can collaborate closely with business teams, process owners, platform leaders, and technical teams to improve platform utilization across the organization. The selected candidate will gather business requirements, document processes, support platform enhancements, and ensure that solutions delivered by developers and administrators align with business objectives and platform standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with business stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Agile development processes including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
