About the Role:
As Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support the complete recruitment process. This role provides freshers with hands-on exposure to activities such as job posting, resume screening, candidate communication, interview coordination, and onboarding. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to help ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- As Graduate Trainee – TA, you will: Assist in creating and publishing job postings across various recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update applicant information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
- Assist with the onboarding process for newly hired employees.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the Talent Acquisition team.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support recruiters in maintaining an efficient hiring workflow.
