Detailed Eligibility:
- Technical Engineer – Problem Setter (Programming):
- Candidates must possess a B.E/B.Tech qualification.
Required Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and mathematics.
- Strong profile on coding platforms like HackerEarth, HackerRank, Codeforces, CodeChef, or SPOJ.
- Prior experience in creating or testing problems for online judges will be preferred.
- Duration: 6 months (Extendable).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create new questions for hackathons, challenges, and technical assessments.
- Design problems based on data structures, algorithms, and mathematics at multiple difficulty levels.
- Create real-life programming questions and test problems created by other setters.
- Review and refine HackerEarth’s question bank for technical accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Add code stubs to problems to simplify focus on logic rather than syntax.
- Address queries, suggestions, and issues raised by candidates on the HackerEarth platform.
- Work with the documentation team to eliminate ambiguities in problem statements.
