Detailed Eligibility:
- Apprentice Trainee – Finance (Quality Assurance):
- Graduation in Finance or a related field (2021 to 2025 batch only)
- Must not be previously registered on NATS with any organization
- Apprentice Trainee – HRSS Travel Desk:
- Graduation in any discipline (2021 to 2025 batch only)
- Must not have undergone Apprenticeship earlier
General Criteria for Both Roles:
- Education must be from AICTE/DOTE/DTE/Govt.-approved institutions
- Must possess final degree certificate
- Any relevant certification is a plus
- Must be open to work from the office 5 days a week
- Good communication, learning attitude, and flexibility are essential
Key Responsibilities:
Finance (Quality Assurance):
- Support daily financial operations (project accounting)
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Learn and use finance-related software
- Perform basic data analysis and use MS Office
- Develop a strong understanding of financial principles
HRSS Travel Desk:
- Manage travel bookings and coordinate with vendors
- Assist in visa processing and document handling
- Maintain travel databases and ensure policy compliance
- Prepare travel reports and assist HRSS in admin tasks
- Address employee queries related to travel
