Detailed Eligibility:
- Associate, Customer Support Engineer (Freshers):
- Should be a B.E/B.Tech Graduate (preferably Electrical).
- New college graduates/freshers with 60% and above in 10th & 12th, and 70% and above in graduation.
- Scores must be shared with the resume to be considered.
Who you are and what you bring:
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and teams.
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- Computer literacy (PC required, Mac OS is a plus).
- Understanding of electrical concepts, AC & DC circuits is highly desirable.
- Exposure to solar/PV systems is an advantage.
What you will do:
- Work in a 24/7 support environment (including weekends and night shifts).
- Handle inbound Emails / Chats / Phone calls from Enphase customers.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting for Enphase products.
- Approve and execute warranty claims.
- Provide pre-sales product information.
- Assist with site activation for new customers.
- Maintain records in CRM/help desk software.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to log product issues and bugs.
- Participate in product and standards training.
- Represent Enphase professionally through all communication channels.
- Abide by company policies and code of conduct.
- Take on other assigned duties as needed.
