Cognizant Job description:
Candidates responsible for providing technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving IT issues and ensuring the smooth functioning of their computer systems and IT services.
Cognizant Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users, addressing IT related issues and inquiries. Log and track all support tickets, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution of problems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, performing diagnosis and resolving technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with IT teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation to enhance self service options and facilitate efficient problem solving.
Cognizant Night shift allowance will be paid by the project:

Cognizant Eligibility Criteria:
- Students who graduated in 2023 or 2024 with three year full time degree.
- Students should possess consistent academic record with minimum 50% in X, XII, Diploma and UG (rounding off 49.9% is not allowed).
- Students withstanding arrears are NOT eligible.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location in a given shift timing and technology is mandatory.
- Open to Indian nationals or OCIs who are currently residing in India.
- Candidates who have taken part in Cognizant hiring process within the past five years (2019 – 2024),mark the same in registration form.
