- Prepare detailed cost estimates for projects by analyzing specifications.
- Develop and maintain project budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor expenditures, analyze cost variances, and report discrepancies.
- Identify cost risks/opportunities and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and cross-functional teams for cost accuracy.
- Evaluate supplier/subcontractor bids and ensure competitive pricing.
- Support procurement with cost analysis and financial guidance.
- Prepare and present cost reports and forecasts to management.
- Conduct feasibility studies and ROI analysis.
- Contribute to adoption of new technologies/processes to improve efficiency.
