About the Role:
At Ericsson, we are currently seeking a proactive and dedicated Automated Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team. This opportunity allows you to work closely with cross-functional teams and troubleshoot complex problems in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- End-to-end applications monitoring
- Triaging alarms from monitoring tools
- Monitoring performance graphs and dashboards
- Handling customer calls and emails
- User access management in application nodes and GUIs
- Creating trouble tickets and assigning them to the right teams
- Creating emergency change requests during major incidents
- Creating problem tickets after restoration of major/critical incidents
- Collaborating with stakeholders during critical incidents
- Adhering to SLAs for activities like ticket creation, email acknowledgment
