Detailed Eligibility:
- B.E/B.Tech in any stream / MCA / M.Sc (IT) with 1+ year experience as a Test Engineer
- OR B.Sc / BCA / B.Com / BBA + 1 year relevant experience
- Should have passed or must clear ISTQB Foundation Level within 3 months of joining
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Junior Manual Tester to manage a critical project in the Retail Banking domain. The candidate should be passionate about technology and experienced in manual testing (automation is an added advantage).
Technical Skills:
- 1+ years of experience in testing
- Good understanding of Retail Banking domain
- Strong SQL knowledge and experience writing/executing scripts
- Able to execute and log test results accurately
- Knowledge of test management tools
- Capable of creating and maintaining test cases and defect reports
- Familiarity with data-level validation
Process Skills:
- Ability to analyze requirements and follow defined software processes
- Participate in peer review and low-level design creation
- Execute test plans, build test data, and work through the SDLC efficiently
- Apply both technical and business knowledge effectively
Behavioural Skills:
- Resolve project-level technical issues
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to team knowledge through coaching and documentation
- Ensure client satisfaction through quality and timely delivery
Certification (Good to Have):
- ISTQB Foundation Level
- Any certification related to manual testing or PL/SQL is a plus
