Detailed Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field)
- Strong domain knowledge and technical orientation
- Knowledge of OS, MDM, and Office issues
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
- Customer service and problem-solving attitude
- Good communication skills in English
- Ability to deliver under tight timelines
Responsibilities:
- Handle issues/requests reported through ticketing tools within SLA
- Manage both Voice and Non-Voice tickets simultaneously
- Provide IT support to executive leadership and board members
- Troubleshoot minor wireless, network, switch, or printer issues; escalate major issues to IT infra teams
- Set up and configure computer systems and hardware
- Troubleshoot MDM, OS, Office Suite, and browser-related issues
- Provide L2 support for desktops, laptops, thin clients, printers, scanners, and MFDs
- Troubleshoot business-specific applications
- User provisioning for various business applications (ERP)
- Support new transitions, business ramp-ups/downs, and migrations
- Assist with infra projects like refresh, upgrades, rollouts
- Ensure proper usage of Knowledge Articles
- Provide on-ground support for IT scheduled activities
- Install and configure operating systems and software
