Detailed Eligibility:
UX Designer I
- 0–2 years of interaction design work experience
- Experience in UI design, data visualization, and prototyping
- Proficient in Figma (or Sketch/XD), tools like Principle, Framer, Webflow, Adobe Suite are a plus
- Strong understanding of user interactions, edge cases, and use cases
- Knowledge of information design, user psychology, and UX copywriting
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Experience in prototyping or front-end development
- Knowledge of Visual Design
- Ability to work in a growing and dynamic environment
Responsibilities:
- Support senior designers in delivering interaction designs from concept to delivery
- Solve complex design problems with simple and intuitive solutions
- Create storyboards, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and vision pieces
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for iteration and implementation
- Advocate for user-first design solutions aligned with business goals
- Be proactive, self-managed, and contribute to a high-quality user experience
