Senior Associate – Voice Process (International):
- Any Degree
- Experience: 0 – 3 years in an International BPO or similar industry
- Skills Required:
- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts
- Proficient in handling international voice processes
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle international voice process (inbound/outbound calls)
- Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve queries
- Use communication skills to handle voice and support processes in BPOs/Call centers
- Interact with customers via calls and other channels (e.g., email)
