Production Specialist – L1:
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech
- Experience: 1–3 years
- Mandatory Skills: Invoice to Pay (Transactional Accounting)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage transactions according to required quality standards
- Respond to client help requests via phone/email courteously
- Document client info and problem details for each request
- Update availability status in the RAVE system
- Track and document problem-solving steps and outcomes
- Follow standard procedures to resolve client queries within SLAs
- Use internal resources and knowledge bases for troubleshooting
- Learn product details for improved client support
- Maintain self-help documentation and logs of queries
- Escalate serious unresolved issues to the team leader
- Provide product information and ensure legal compliance
- Deliver excellent customer service and troubleshoot effectively
- Guide clients through step-by-step solutions
- Offer alternative solutions where appropriate
- Record call/email logs using tracking software
- Conduct follow-ups and gather feedback
- Participate in training and maintain product knowledge
- Partner with leads to identify training needs and themes
Role Purpose:
