Detailed Eligibility:
Technical Support Engineer
- B.E/B.Tech qualification
- 0–5 years of experience in enterprise software debugging, engineering, or support
- (For CCaaS role: Min 1+ years of experience in Contact Center Software like Genesys, Avaya, etc.)
- Knowledge of CCaaS, CPaaS, Voice/Telephony infrastructure is an added advantage
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Strong technical, analytical & problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously
- Self-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong collaboration and ownership mindset
- Familiarity with web technologies, SaaS, CRM, social media platforms
- Programming/Scripting skills in JavaScript, Python, Java, or Node
- Experience with databases like MongoDB, MySQL
- Understanding of tools like Graylogs, Kibana, API Browser, Query Executor, Runner Logs
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer issues via support tickets ensuring resolution and client satisfaction
- Debug and troubleshoot reported bugs to ensure timely and effective resolution
- Investigate root cause of issues and recommend solutions
- Document solutions and create knowledge base articles, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, engineering) for issue resolution
- Escalate critical issues and participate in product improvement feedback loops
- Conduct tests and perform QA activities to prevent recurring issues
- Ensure SLAs and resolution times are met while managing multiple tasks
- Maintain customer sentiment and ensure long-term satisfaction
- Share learnings and improvement ideas with the team
