Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or completed Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science or related fields.
Good to Have Skills:
- 0–1 year of experience in building and deploying large-scale predictive models.
- Experience in LLM/NLP projects, preferably in start-up environment.
- A good publication record in reputed machine learning conferences (e.g., NeurIPS, ICML, AAAI, etc.).
Must-Have Skills & Abilities:
- Strong background in applied deep learning and machine learning.
- Proficiency Python and popular deep learning frameworks.
- Experience handling large datasets with SQL.
- Knowledge of LLMs (fine-tuning, training, usage).
- Experience in developing large-scale prediction models.
- Understanding current machine learning literature.
- Knowledge cloud platforms (preferably AWS).
- Ability to generate innovative ideas and validate them experimentally.
- Internship Duration
- Paid contractual role with the possibility extension.
- Start date: Second week of September 2025.
- Full-time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday).
Key Responsibilities
- Develop models analyze user behavior patterns on OTT platforms.
- Build causal inference-based intervention models to improve user retention.
- Contribute to development and evaluation of LLM-powered engagement models.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and product teams in a dynamic environment.
- Leverage AI capabilities to enhance user experience for millions of OTT users.
- Share research insights in academic workshops and conferences.
