- Design, plan, and engineer end-to-end international networks
- Coordinate with device and product teams to define 4G/3G/2G roaming requirements
- Validate technical requirements for seamless global roaming: AAA, billing, provisioning, etc.
- Support proposals for network deployment/upgrades with business input
- Execute service provider performance and coverage validation
- Perform network performance and route analysis
- Troubleshoot and identify root causes of network issues
- Provide improvement recommendations
