Education & Skills Required:
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Good communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work Monday to Friday, 5:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST.
- Familiar with Windows PC applications.
- 6+ months experience in customer-facing or service-oriented roles (preferred).

- Respond to customer requests via phone/writing to ensure service satisfaction.
