Detailed Eligibility:
- Associate Cloud Operations Engineer:
- Qualification & Experience:
- BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
- 1–1.5 years of relevant experience
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in Application Support (Tier 2/3)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience handling complex application performance issues
- Knowledge of DevOps / Infrastructure Operations
- OS-level skills (Windows or Linux/Unix)
- Database knowledge (SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Cassandra)
- Middleware knowledge (Tomcat, WebLogic, WebSphere)
- Networking and load balancer concepts
- Scripting (Ansible, Perl, Python, Ruby, Shell, PowerShell)
- Familiarity with tools: OpsGenie, Nagios, Rundeck
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS and its services
- Background in Banking/Finance domain
- SQL querying proficiency
- Application Monitoring: Grafana, Kibana
- Familiar with ITIL processes (Incident/Change Management)
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor alerts and participate in incident management
- Provide technical support for cloud-hosted applications
- Troubleshoot high-severity and multi-system issues
- Perform application maintenance, upgrades, and patching
- Enhance monitoring and alert systems
- Support automation via Ansible, Python, or Perl
- Participate in change management and deployment plans
- Create deployment and rollback scripts
- Maintain performance of application/web servers
- Collaborate with R&D and Ops teams for implementation
- Maintain knowledge base for support documentation
- Communicate with stakeholders during incidents
- Available for 24×7 shift support, including on-call duties
About the Role:
