Detailed Eligibility – Technical Service Desk:
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Experience: 0–2 years
Job Description:
- Handle technical queries via phone, email & IM
- Communicate effectively in a neutral or American accent
- Troubleshoot Windows 7/10, O365, Citrix, VPN & remote desktop issues
- Use of ticketing tools, password resets & account management
- Basic hardware/software troubleshooting (L1 & L1.5)
- Knowledge of Wyse client support, printer installation, MS Office, and remote tools
- Track & document incidents until resolution
- Should have good analytical, time management, and listening skills
- Understanding of VDI support and remote access tools
