Job Description – Trainee Technician PP (Premium Processing Junior Technician)
Skills & Experiences:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Awareness of insurance & its importance in business
- Good communication skills – written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
- Aptitude and willingness to learn
Preferred:
- Experience in financial services (insurance industry preferred)
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic environment and handle a variety of business operations
Responsibilities:
- Complete allocated premium processing tasks accurately and on time
- Escalate issues to Senior Technicians when necessary
- Actively participate in feedback sessions and development activities
- Support service delivery as per defined SLAs and KPIs
- Adhere to company compliance, policy, risk, and audit standards
- Complete training modules and assessments as required
- Work Location: Pune (Hybrid – up to 50% remote)
Role Overview:
Support the day-to-day operations of the Premium Processing (PP) team by contributing to a high-quality service. Ensure personal work meets required timelines and standards to help the team achieve SLAs and KPIs effectively.
