Detailed Eligibility:
- Fresh graduates with B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- 6 months – 1 year of internship/experience in sourcing, supply chain, or vendor development
- Strong fundamentals in Mechanical concepts like Drawing, Manufacturing, and Metallurgy
- Basic knowledge of CAD tools like SolidWorks (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with Engineering, R&D, Sourcing, Manufacturing & Quality teams
- Research, develop, and coordinate the supply of new parts and materials
- Engage in supplier development, project coordination, and quality compliance
- Learn sourcing tools and global manufacturing processes on live projects
