Detailed Eligibility:
Business Development Trainee/Associate:
- Any Graduation/Post Graduation (excluding Bachelor of Arts)
Skills Preferred:
- Excellent spoken and verbal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Ability to work under stress
- Ability to work in a team
- Fast-learner, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Compensation:
Fixed Pay for the first 6 months: Rs. 25,000 INR per month + Performance-based incentives
After 6 months of training: Final CTC: 9 LPA (5 LPA fixed + 4 LPA incentives based on performance)
Responsibilities Include:
- Consulting IT professionals on the right career paths over calls.
- Staying updated with the latest technologies in the world.
- Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.
- Building relationships and identifying references through our existing learner base.
- Keeping abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices.
