- Technical Research Analyst/Associate (TRA):
- Qualification: M.Tech (2023 – 2025 pass-outs only)
Eligible Branches:
- Electronics & Telecommunication
- Computer Science
- Electrical Engineering
- Must have no current backlogs
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Linux and Microsoft OS
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners
- Strong communication and documentation capabilities
- High accountability and urgency in project/task execution
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot advanced technical problems within tight timelines
- Provide learner support through phone and online platforms
- Assist trainers by conducting assignments, reviews, and Q&A sessions
- Conduct quality audits and provide constructive feedback
- Act as the first-level escalation point for technical concerns
- Support internal teams in resolving priority tech issues
Compensation:
