Detailed Eligibility:
- Candidates should possess B.E/B.Tech qualifications
Your Profile – You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- 1 – 5 years of experience in device driver software testing (knowledge of V-model lifecycle)
- Experience in AUTOSAR MCAL, BSW, ISO26262
- Embedded systems testing using C, assembly
- Familiarity with LabView, NI FPGA, oscilloscopes, logic analysers, power benches
- Knowledge of compilers, debuggers, static analysers
- Scripting skills in Perl, Python, or C#
- Experience with test automation frameworks and CI/CD
- Strong microcontroller architecture understanding (16/32-bit), real-time systems, multicore platforms
- Skills in test planning, estimation, and tracking
Job Description – In your role, you will:
- Review software requirements and architecture
- Design and develop test cases and scripts based on SW requirements, functional safety, and architecture
- Lead test architecture and test specification activities
- Perform validation of device drivers like SPI, I2C, CAN, LIN, Ethernet, PCIE, etc.
- Develop and maintain test automation infrastructure
- Implement validation methods and ensure compliance with standards like ISO26262, ASPICE
- Drive innovation in test automation and frameworks
- Own the quality and reviews of validation deliverables
- Participate in safety assessments, technical reviews, and change control board meetings
- Plan and estimate validation efforts for software module releases
