Eligibility Criteria
Required Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
• Required Technical Expertise:
• Knowledge of Operating Systems, OpenStack, Kubernetes, Container technologies, Cloud concepts, Security, Virtualization Management, REST API, DevOps, and Microservice Architecture.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, Go Lang, Python, Ansible, Shell Scripting.
• Experience with GitHub and open-source tools.
• Knowledge of AI/ML/DL, Jupyter Notebooks, Linux Systems, REST API, and UI skills.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (scikit-learn, XGBoost), DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP skills.
• Knowledge of CPU architectures, open-source databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, CouchDB, CockroachDB, Redis).

Preferred Technical Expertise:

• Practical experience with Java, ReactJS, and cloud computing technologies (Red Hat OpenShift, Kubernetes/Docker).
• Understanding of storage technologies (SAN, NAS, DAS), file systems (NTFS, ext4, ZFS), RAID levels.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python), backup/recovery tools, and cloud storage (AWS S3, Azure Blob, Google Cloud Storage).

Job Responsibilities
Systems and Cloud Software Engineer:

• Design, develop, test, and support IBM Systems and Cloud Software.
• Work on IBM Compute and Storage Systems with focus on Virtualisation, I/O, and Reliability.
• Enhance and maintain key software stack components and platform enablement.
• Collaborate with open-source communities.

AI Software Engineer:

• Deliver enterprise AI solutions on IBM Z.
• Work as a full-stack developer from client problem analysis to AI-based solutions.
• Contribute to all phases of product development (design, development, testing, support).
• Build ethical, secure, and sustainable AI solutions.
