Detailed Eligibility – Order to Cash (O2C):
- Qualification: Any Degree
- Required Experience in one or more of the following:
- Account Activation & Setup: 1–7 years (basic KYC knowledge)
- Invoice Management: 2–4 years (billing data validation and invoice creation)
- Collections: 1–4 years (overdue payment follow-ups)
- Cash Application: 1–5 years (apply payments; knowledge of payment methods)
- Dispute Management: 1–8 years (dispute investigation & resolution)
Note:
- Freshers are not eligible.
- Preference for candidates from Nagpur or nearby locations.
- Carry an updated resume and clarify all queries during the interview.
