Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing lines.
- Resolve quality issues on the production line.
- Ensure equipment calibration activities are completed as per schedule and maintain calibration reports.
- Conduct verification and validation activities for equipment and production processes.
- Support equipment installation and maintenance activities.
- Assist in ordering tools and equipment for manufacturing.
- Clear non-conforming material reports daily and weekly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supplier quality engineering teams to resolve rejected material issues.
- Prepare and maintain work instructions, device history records, and engineering change documentation.
- Train manufacturing teams on updated work instructions.
- Develop solutions for quality, cost, and productivity improvements.
- Maintain inventory of capital goods and ensure traceability.
- Execute Poka Yoke projects for process simplification.
- Drive Kaizen and Lean Action Work Outs initiatives across manufacturing lines.
