Detailed Eligibility:
- B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent with 2–5 years of experience (excluding internships)
- Strong programming experience in Java, Ruby, Scala, C/C++, SQL, etc.
- Good understanding of OOP, multi-threading, concurrency programming
- Experience working with large-scale data, complex business flows
- Background in Agile/CI-CD environments preferred
- Knowledge in building robust, scalable web applications is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Design and break down features into tasks with accurate estimates
- Write modular, extensible, performant, and maintainable code
- Choose suitable Data Structures, tools, and tech stacks
- Build and mentor junior developers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product vision
