- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, MIS or a related discipline.
Experience:
- Associate: No prior experience required
- Standard I: 2 years
- Standard II: 3 years
- Senior I: 4 years
- Senior II: 5 years

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Full Stack Developer Advisors to break down epics into features and define solution designs
- Develop scalable, resilient, and high-performing microservices
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance standards are met
- Drive code reviews and provide constructive feedback
- Manage development priorities and provide status updates to leadership
- Own and manage software demo content
- Facilitate communication across multiple development and business teams
- Mentor junior developers and ensure proper knowledge transfer
- Act as a backup for development leads as needed
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore vendor teams
