- Education: B.E/B.Tech in a relevant field
- Experience: 0–2 years in IT
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and defect management
- Proven experience in Cloud-based applications
- Hands-on knowledge of test management tools: ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure
- Ability to document, troubleshoot, and solve errors
- Working knowledge of SQL and automation frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and well-organized mindset
- Agile & Scrum methodology awareness
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze system specifications
- Create and execute test strategies, plans, and test cases
- Log and track bugs, defects, and software issues
- Evaluate product code for performance and accuracy
- Document testing phases, and generate test reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality delivery
- Conduct post-release and implementation testing
- Ensure all bugs are identified, tracked, and fixed before release
