Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Software Engineer – Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field
- 1–2 years’ hands-on experience with ASP.NET, C#, and .NET
- Strong in OOP and SOLID design principles
- Experience in analyzing and troubleshooting technical issues
- Proficient with relational databases like SQL Server/Postgres
- Experience in optimizing database queries for performance
- Skilled in developing Microservices and RESTful services
- Strong TDD skills with NUnit or xUnit
- Experience with ORMs (Entity Framework/NHibernate)
- Good understanding of secure coding practices
- Analytical, problem-solving skills, and understanding of design patterns
- Knowledge of concurrency and handling parallel workstreams
- Self-motivated with good communication and team collaboration skills
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Angular or React
- Experience with MongoDB
- Familiarity with REST/SOA services (preferably on AWS)
- Basic exposure to Gen AI and AI tools
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance .NET applications/services using ASP.NET, C#, .NET, React
- Work on both legacy and cloud platforms using modern CI/CD tools
- Analyze technical/user stories and deliver high-quality code
- Participate in architecture discussions and create scalable solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with detailed RCA
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and release teams globally
- Participate in sprint planning, design reviews, and team discussions
- Continuously expand your understanding of Cornerstone products and tech
- Mentor junior team members and drive quality in development
