Detailed Eligibility:

Human Resources Intern:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in organizational development, cultural transformation, or change management in industrial environments.
  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing setting, including occasional time on the shop floor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of change management models (e.g., Kotter’s, ADKAR) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with tools like MS Teams, Power BI, or survey platforms is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and rollout of change management initiatives related to new systems, policies, or process improvements.
  • Support surveys, focus groups, and feedback mechanisms to assess employee sentiment and culture gaps.
  • Participate in the development and execution of culture-building programs (e.g., values workshops, communication campaigns, recognition programs).
  • Work closely with HRP to drive engagement at the plant level, including shop floor communications and events.
  • Help document and track change metrics, employee feedback, and action plans.
  • Support training and communication sessions for key cultural initiatives (e.g., safety culture, lean mindset, 5S programs).
  • Assist in HR reporting, dashboards, and presentations related to cultural and change outcomes.

Overview:

We are looking for an HR Intern to support ongoing initiatives around organizational culture development and change management in our manufacturing operations sites.
