Detailed Eligibility:
Analyst Trainee:
- 3-year full-time degree (BCA, B.Sc in CS, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics, or allied streams)
- Batch: 2022/2023/2024/2025
- Minimum 50% in X, XII, and UG
- Open to Indian Nationals only
- Flexible to work from any Cognizant office, in any shift and technology
- Not Eligible: BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed, PG candidates
Role Expectations:
- Client-focused and ability to work with global users
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in shifts and from office
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and resolve IT-related issues
- Log and track support tickets and ensure timely resolution
- Troubleshoot hardware/software and escalate complex issues
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Job Description:
Responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring smooth IT service operations.
Support after Joining (as Full-Time Employee):
