Contact Support Group (CSG):
- Candidates must have completed any 3-year diploma or graduation in 2025
Desired Skills:
- Excellent communication and English speaking skills
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure
- Basic computing skills
- Willingness to sign a Service Level Agreement and adhere to KPIs
Job Description:
- Provide customer service, technical troubleshooting, and problem resolution via voice and other digital channels
- Handle Ticket Management: prioritization, categorization, tracking, and resolution updates
- Apply Business Intelligence for analyzing tickets and supporting customers effectively
- Deliver IT Service with quality and efficiency
- Maintain customer satisfaction from greeting to resolution and closure
- Leverage CHIP (Capgemini’s AI BOT) to assist with common queries
- Manage service email channels efficiently
- Use and maintain Knowledge Management systems
- Support Service Marketing by promoting tool usage
- Handle technical issues related to internet access, password resets, session resets, and profile changes
- Aim for First Contact Resolution to solve issues on the first attempt
- Maintain a courteous and empathetic communication approach
Additional Details:
