Detailed Eligibility:
Associate Lab Technician (Electrical and Electronic):
Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics, Industrial Engineering).
• 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification.
• Hands-on experience with Cable/Wire Preparation, Crimp Terminations, Soldered Terminations, Splicing, Marking, Wire Harnessing, and related operations.
• Understanding of Electrical Design fundamentals, Aerospace components, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings/specs and performing hardware analysis.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Flexible to work across global time zones and strong ethics required.

Position Responsibilities:

• Execute electrical wiring harness builds and lab operations as per IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.
• Implement and validate manufacturing plans, BOMs, and integration of wiring harnesses.
• Conduct tool control, maintenance, and manage storage/inventory of lab materials.
• Support lean practices, design evaluations, and manufacturing process compliance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for hardware readiness and quality assurance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Awareness of AS9100 D Quality Management System.
• Experience with aircraft maintenance, safety, and retrofit documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
