Detailed Eligibility:
Analyst Trainee – IT & Integrated Smart Operations
Eligibility Criteria:
- 3-year full-time degree (BCA/B.Sc in Computer Science, IT, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Statistics, Electronics)
- 60% in X, XII, Diploma, UG (no rounding off)
- No standing arrears at the time of joining
- Flexibility to work in shifts and relocate as required
- Open to Indian nationals/OCIs currently residing in India
Skills Required:
- Time management, communication, teamwork, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytics
Responsibilities:
- Write database queries and stored procedures
- Execute manual and automated tests
- Resolve service tickets and apply ITSM & data analytics tools
- Innovate and experiment in projects
Analyst Trainee – Multicloud
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any 3-year full-time degree (2023/2024/2025 pass outs)
- 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG

- Flexibility to relocate/work in shifts
- Must mark prior Cognizant applications in the form (if any)
Responsibilities:
- Follow SOPs and security/compliance protocols
- Manage productivity and support improvements
- Support Windows, Network, Database, Messaging, and Cloud environments
Analyst Trainee – Digital Workplace Services
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any 3-year full-time degree (2023/2024/2025)
- 50% in X, XII, Diploma, and UG (no rounding off)
- No standing arrears
- Flexibility to work in shifts and from any location
- Open to Indian nationals/OCIs
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 IT support
- Track and resolve support tickets
- Collaborate with IT teams for technical resolution
- Maintain documentation and knowledge bases
Additional Notes:
- Must be willing to relocate to any Cognizant location
- Fresher roles only — prior work experience not considered
