Detailed Eligibility:
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering or a related field
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience
- Strong knowledge of Quality and Safety practices
- Understanding of government regulations and compliance standards
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Good planning, organizational, and analytical abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities
- Computer proficiency is a must
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Coordinate quality assurance activities (audits, training, purchasing, etc.)
- Supervise and guide Quality Systems team members
- Provide training and technical assistance to Quality staff
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Collaborate with operations for quality and safety improvements
- Monitor adherence to operational control systems
- Handle product holds, releases, and evaluations
- Address customer complaints and coordinate resolutions
- Conduct analytical product reviews
- Ensure compliance with Quality Management standards and policies
Description:
The Team Lead Quality will be responsible for executing efficient quality assurance methods and maintaining consistent documentation across processes. This role involves managing team schedules, supervising projects, supporting QA staff, and ensuring compliance with all quality regulations. The individual must lead by example and drive improvements across the quality function.
