  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of complaint information and related activities.
  • Learn to assess product-related complaints with guidance from experienced team members.
  • Work with Quality, Regulatory, Technical, and other cross-functional teams to gather information required for complaint evaluation and closure.
  • Develop knowledge of GE HealthCare products, complaint-handling procedures, and Quality & Regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in structured technical and professional training.
  • Follow established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in a global work environment.
  • Take ownership of assigned activities and complete them within expected timelines.
