Detailed Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates should meet the following eligibility requirements: Bachelor degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related engineering discipline.

- Support Post Market Surveillance and complaint-handling activities for GE HealthCare products.
- Review and process customer complaints received from hospitals, diagnostic centers, and other customers.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of complaint information and related activities.
- Learn to assess product-related complaints with guidance from experienced team members.
- Work with Quality, Regulatory, Technical, and other cross-functional teams to gather information required for complaint evaluation and closure.
- Develop knowledge of GE HealthCare products, complaint-handling procedures, and Quality & Regulatory requirements.
- Participate in structured technical and professional training.
- Follow established Quality Management System (QMS) procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders in a global work environment.
- Take ownership of assigned activities and complete them within expected timelines.
